  Corrected to Form 168 (the official renaming per IT Act 2025 and the CBDT communication of April 2026, branded the "Tax Passbook").

  Reason: Early drafts of the IT Act 2025 used the Form 26B identifier; the final notification adopted Form 168. We had not caught the rename.
