Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes - for up to 5 clients, GST module, 1 team member. No credit card. No expiry. It's how we earn your trust before asking for your money.
What happens if I exceed my client limit?
You'll get a prompt to upgrade. Your existing data is safe. We give you a 7-day grace period so you're never caught mid-quarter.
Do you charge per return filed?
Never. Flat monthly or annual fee - file 1 return or 1,000, the price doesn't change. Agent runs are generous (50/day on Growth, unlimited on Practice+).
What does "agent run" mean?
One AI agent execution - e.g. the Reconciliation Agent running for one client's GSTR-2B, or the Validation Agent checking a return. Most daily workflows use 2-5 runs per active client.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months, get 12. Billed once upfront. Cancel any time - you keep access until the end of your billing year. Pro-rated refunds available in the first 30 days.
Can I migrate from ClearTax or Winman?
Yes. The built-in migration tool imports ClearTax CSV exports and Winman backups. Clients, invoices, returns - everything comes across in under an hour for most practices.
Is GST charged on subscriptions?
18% GST is added to all Indian subscriptions. You receive a proper GSTIN-linked tax invoice every billing cycle for input credit.
Do you support multi-office CA firms?
Yes - on Scale and Enterprise, multiple offices operate as separate tenants under one billing account, with cross-tenant reporting for partners.
