Overview

The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") is India's primary data protection law. ThynkTax is designed from the ground up to comply with the DPDP Act's obligations for Data Fiduciaries.

Your rights as a Data Principal

You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccuracies; (c) erase data where legally permissible; (d) nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf; (e) grievance redressal.

Consent

We process personal data only on the basis of valid consent, which is free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous. You can withdraw consent at any time - though withdrawal will affect our ability to provide certain services.

Notice

Every collection of personal data is accompanied by a notice describing the purpose, the data principal's rights, and the manner of grievance redressal.
